To guarantee delivery before Christmas, please order by 19 December**
Orders between 20th and 24th December should ship between Christmas and New Year (weekends and public holidays excluded). Orders placed between 25th December and 15th January are likely to experience delays to the usual shipping times (up to two weeks), however I will endeavor to get out as many orders as I can between public holidays and family commitments. Everything will return to normal on the 18th January.
** New Zealand non rural delivery only. International and rural deliveries will take longer and are not guaranteed for pre-Christmas delivery. - EMMA
Delivery Costs Within New Zealand:
All other orders with a value less than NZ$100.00 (excluding shipping) have a following shipping rates:
Order value up to NZ$49.99: NZ$5.95 shipping cost
Order value of NZ$50.00 - NZ$99.99: NZ$7.95 shipping cost
All orders with a value of NZ$100.00 or greater (excluding shipping) will be shipped free of charge within New Zealand.
Rural deliveries under the value of NZ$100.00 will have a $2.50 surcharge in addition to the prices mentioned above. Please see below for more information on NZ rural deliveries.
Delivery Costs To Australia:
Shipping is calculated at checkout up to a maximum cost of NZ$45.00 per order.
Delivery Costs Worldwide:
Shipping is calculated at checkout up to a maximum cost of NZ$47.00 per order.
Expected Delivery Time:
We aim to pack and ship your order within one working day, excluding weekends.
New Zealand Deliveries: We expect orders to be delivered within tw0 working days of leaving Miss Maude NZ. Rural deliveries may take a few days longer. With the exception of samples, all parcels are tracked.
Australian Deliveries: We expect orders to be delivered between 3-10 working days. Parcels are not tracked, but are insured for loss/damage.
Worldwide Deliveries: We expect orders to be delivered between 3-10 working days. Parcels are not tracked, but are insured for loss/damage.
Delivery Methods New Zealand:
With the exception of samples and gift certificates, all parcels are sent Tracked via Fastway Couriers. (please see below for rural delivery details) Your parcel will be covered for damage, however, Miss Maude NZ or Fastway Couriers will not be responsible for any missing parcels once it has been registered as delivered in the Fastway Couriers tracking system. Target delivery time is two working days after leaving Miss Maude NZ.
- Rural Delivery: There is a small surcharge for rural deliveries within New Zealand, please select the Rural Delivery option at checkout. Delivery times are likely to be a few days longer than times mentioned above. Parcels will be shipped via Fastway Couriers or NZ Post.
Delivery Methods Australia and Worldwide:
We use NZ Post International Air Freight to delivery all Australian and Worldwide deliveries. Target delivery times are 3-10 working days, depending on location. This is an untracked service.
Lost or Damaged Orders:
All parcels are wrapped to minimise the risk of loss or damage. However, if you receive a damaged parcel please contact us immediately on email@example.com so we can discuss your options. We want to make sure you are absolutely delighted with your Miss Maude products. All parcels are covered for damage and loss during transit, however once delivered, parcels are left with care but we cannot take responsibility for loss or damage.
We spend a lot of time searching for and stocking high quality fabrics and sewing supplies. We only stock what we love to sew with and we want you to love what you buy from us. But, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for a refund. We will refund the amount of your purchase (which includes the shipping cost of your order). You will, however, be responsible for the cost of return post and packaging and returns must be received within 15 working days of delivery. Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging. Please email us before making a return at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds will be made using either PayPal or direct return to your credit card.
