We sewers, stitchers and crafters are hoarders by nature. We get drawn in by colour, texture, and pattern - it drives us to gather as much as we can. One day these raw materials will be a beautiful sweater, a gift for a new born, a date night dress, or perhaps just a little detail in a bigger project. So it is quite the dream to scour the world for all these beautiful colours, textures, and patterns for the purpose of work. No longer do I have to make excuses for too much fabric, too many pairs of scissors, and one too many vintage buttons. Bliss. I first discovered Bohin France product at my local haberdashery shop while living in France. The Bohin products quickly became the backbone of my sewing consumables and accessories. Bohin are a needle manufacture by heritage - over 180 years of needle manufacturing in the Lower Normandy area of France - but have, over time broadened their range to include scissors, and other haberdashery essentials.
